Rich and creamy! This is a savory alternative to a red marinara sauce for pasta, that can also be used as a dip for bread sticks or veggies. We add soft Gruyere cheese to the traditional recipe with Parmesan cheese, which provides a more creamy texture.
1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
